Why is the "in use by the device" figure incorrect?

In its summary tab, Salling Media Sync shows the size of your device's storage, and how much of it is available for synced content. If you remove synced content from the device "behind Salling Media Sync's back" (using a different computer, Windows Explorer, or a file manager on your device), Salling Media Sync will calculate an incorrect amount of storage being in use by the device.

Solution: Deselect (in Salling Media Sync) the playlists and podcasts you've removed and sync.
