Salling Media Sync for Windows :: HTC HD2 'loses' all data on artist, genre, playlists etc

I have an HD2 and am able to transfer music from itunes to my phone card, but the whole artist and genre listing gets lost all the time.... Any ideas what is causing this?
Seems to happen not just when syncing with PC, but also if I switch battery which i often have to do, or turn the phone off. The 'music' folder on the phone is empty (I deleted the few tracks supplied), and all synced music is in a Music directory on the microSD card.
It makes media sync unusable as I have to wait half an hour before i can play any music while it rebuilds the lists.......
anyone else have this problem?
I am using media sync 1.1.6.953, WMob pro 6.5 and win 7, itunes 9.1.1.12
regards,

Salling Media Sync for Mac :: Only partial playlists syncing

I have several playlists that are only syncing partially; for instance, one has 5 songs in it, but only two of the songs end up on my Nexus one. I checked the Playlists folder on the Nexus, and sure enough, the playlist file only had the two songs listed. All five songs are available and play fine on my Mac (Macbook Intel, running Snow Leopard).

I made a second playlist of the same five songs. This time it only synced two songs again, but one of the songs was different!

I don't remember seeing this behavior before. I don't see how it could be the phone, since the actual playlist that is getting copied over is wrong. There have been a couple of recent updates to iTunes; could that be the problem?

Salling Media Sync for Mac :: Doesn't see Xperia X10 [edit: SOLVED! bug identified]

Title says it all: Salling Media Sync doesn't see when I've connected my X10. The SD card shows up as a disk in the Finder, but Media Sync doesn't see it.

The FAQ suggests formatting the card with the phone, but if I do that the phone just says the memory card is damaged (maybe some X10/Android bug with 32 GB microSD cards?), so I have to reformat it within OS X to use it (I also tried reformatting it on my old Aino, which made it work in the X10 but Media Sync still doesn't see it).

edit: FOUND THE PROBLEM
Media Sync was missing my product-id. In System Profiler:
Product ID:	0x312e
Vendor ID:	0x0fce (Sony Ericsson Mobile Communications AB)

I added this part to Sony Ericsson MSC android.transportConfig, and now it identifies it correctly:

<key>vid</key>

<key>pid</key>

Hi, just wondering if you are still supporting this product? It would be disappointing if you weren't as there is only one or two things required to make this usable, otherwise I may have wasted my money

Hope to hear from you, thanks.
