windows mobile sync with windows vista?

Hi,
I just purchased a new Moto Q9C for Alltel and it has the new windows mobile 6 on it. I need a program to sync the windows mobile to my PC, but it says vista does not support it. Is it impossible to use windows mobile with vista, or am I missing out on something?
And if they aren't compatible, how do I sync it at all?
